At Bengal Cat World, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional, personalised customer service and we aim to despatch all orders on the same or next working day, wherever possible. Exceptions to this are where products are made to order, such as handmade items.  In these cases, there may be a few days’ delay between your order being placed and it being shipped, but rest assured, your order will be sent as soon as possible.

Where do we ship and how much does it cost?

We ship to most countries Worldwide, with the exception of USA / Canada (this is due to insurance restrictions). The cost is a fixed rate no matter how much you order, depending upon your location:

How long will it take?

Delivery times vary throughout the world and depend on your country's postal service.

Most International Mail is sent via AirMail. Items that are large / heavy may be sent via International Standard shipping if the cost of AirMail is prohibitive.

Delivery times are estimates only, but from our experience the vast majority of orders arrive well within these times. We will always notify customers if there are any circumstances that may affect these estimated times.

Import Taxes & Customs Duties

The above prices are exclusive of import duties / taxes. Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
