At the widest/longest points, sizing is as follows:

SMALL:

12cm x 8cm, collar width 2cm.

Will fit an average cat / tiny dog.

MEDIUM:

18cm x 11.5cm, collar width 3cm

Will fit a large cat / small dog.

LARGE: 

24.5cm x 17.5cm, collar width 4.5cm

Will fit most dogs.

Please note that the exact placing of the design may vary on patterned fabrics, photograph is of a medium size.
